C. Define problem clearly and lay out a criteria

II. Conducting a Brainstorming Session
A. Set a time limit and a goal
B. Focus on a large number of ideas instead of quality
C. Record all ideas
D. No critcism

III. Following up after a Brainstorming Session
A. Prepare notes a for group
B. Monitor and give feedback
C. Develop a clear and positive outcome
